Job Description :
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee files, records, and databases both physically and digitally.
- Track employee leave, attendance, and contract renewal dates.
- Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports as required.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and labor regulations.
- Assist in organizing staff meetings, events, and wellness initiatives.
- Support internal communication efforts to enhance employee morale and engagement.
- Help with surveys or feedback tools to assess employee satisfaction.
- Assist in tracking performance appraisal timelines and submissions.
- Follow up with departments to ensure evaluations are completed on time.
- Help compile appraisal data and generate reports for review.
- Maintain training records and help coordinate learning activities.
- Support the logistics for in-house or external training sessions.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- Enter and update employee data in HRIS (e.g., Odoo or other systems).
- Generate simple reports from the system as required.
- Help identify and report system issues or improvement areas.
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure all employees have signed and acknowledged key policies.
- Help monitor compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
- Respond to routine HR queries from employees.
- Coordinate calendar activities, such as interviews and meetings.
- Any other duties assigned by the HR Officer or Manager.
Key Requirement Skills And Qualification
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year post-attachment experience in a similar HR support role is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of HR systems (HRIS, Odoo) is an added advantage
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
