Job Description :

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Visual Content Specialist to lead the development of impactful visual assets across digital and print platforms. The role involves creating engaging social media content, designing for web and digital media, and translating brand strategies into compelling visual stories. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience, a strong design portfolio, and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with proven ability to blend visual design with creative content writing and social media marketing. This position requires strong collaboration, project management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs that drive brand engagement and campaign success.


Visual Design & Branding

  • Develop and execute high-impact visual assets for various platforms including digital (social media, web, email) and print (brochures, posters, banners, packaging).
  • Translate brand strategy into consistent and meaningful visual communication across all media.
  • Maintain and evolve brand identity, ensuring visual consistency across all channels.

Social Media Content Creation

  • Design engaging, on-brand graphics and animations for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content calendars, including visuals and captions aligned with current trends.
  • Stay updated with digital trends and propose fresh creative ideas to boost engagement.

Creative Concept Development

  • Take the lead in brainstorming and developing visual concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
  • Interpret creative briefs and turn them into high-quality visuals that tell a story and capture attention.
  • Present design ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients when required.

Content Writing & Messaging Support

  • Craft short-form content (captions, taglines, headlines) that complements visual design and strengthens messaging.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to ensure alignment of tone, style, and brand voice.

Web & Digital Media Design

  • Design UI elements, graphics, and visual components for websites, landing pages, email newsletters, and digital ads.
  • Work closely with web developers to bring your designs to life in digital environments.

Campaign Execution & Support

  • Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all visual assets are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Participate in campaign planning meetings, contributing creative input to help shape campaign direction.
  • Track design performance metrics (e.g., engagement, click-through rates) and iterate on design strategy where necessary.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and product teams to deliver cohesive creative outputs.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain organized project files and version control to ensure a smooth creative workflow.
  • Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in: Graphic Design, Creative Content Writing & Social Media Marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Excellent eye for detail, creativity, and strong visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
