Job Description :
As Creative Lead, you’ll be the guardian of our brand identity. You will own the look, feel, and voice of Greenspoon across digital, print, video, packaging, and everything in between. You will concept, design, edit, direct, brief and produce, often all in a day. You will work closely with the marketing, product and commercial teams, and lead our creative output in-house and via freelancers.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve Greenspoon’s visual identity and brand tone (everything we put out should look, breathe and feel like us)
- Lead conception and execution of campaigns, product launches, packaging, performance ads, social content, and more
- Work hands-on across design, motion, and video (including filming and editing, where needed)
- Develop templates and creative systems that scale across channels
- Manage a network of freelance designers, videographers, and illustrators ensuring they adhere to quality standards
- Maintain high standards of creative while working within tight budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with growth and content teams to produce both high-performing and on-brand assets
- Manage and prioritise creative workflows, ensuring deadlines are met
- Drive creative excellence while staying practical and solutions-driven

- Are hands-on, adaptable and versatile, just as comfortable directing a shoot as you are tweaking a layout in InDesign / Canva / other design tools
- Have a strong sense of brand building and storytelling to build memorable productions
- Have great taste, and know how to balance it with performance needs
- Are resourceful, productive and focused on finding practical ways to get things done
- Are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools like Premiere Pro or CapCut
- Know how to get the best out of freelancers without blowing the budget
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ideas move quickly
- Bring positive energy, persistence and a bias for action to everything you do
Minimum requirements
- 5+ years experience in creative roles, ideally in ecommerce or consumer brands
- A strong portfolio showing range and depth
- Experience managing creatives or freelancers
- Clear communication and project management skills
