Job Description :

As our Social Media Executive, you will be the voice of Shop Zetu across all our social media platforms. You will be responsible for bringing our brand to life online, engaging with our community, and driving brand awareness and sales through compelling content and strategic campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Curation: Develop and execute a dynamic content calendar for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), creating visually appealing and engaging posts, stories, and videos that align with our brand aesthetic.
  • Briefing Artwork: Website, social media, newsletter, and mobile artworks
  • Community Management Assist: Assist in engaging with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and on-brand manner. Foster a positive and interactive environment for our followers.
  • Assist in Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including product launches, sales promotions, Logistics, and brand partnerships.
  • Influencer & Brand Collaborations: Identify and build relationships with relevant fashion influencers and brand partners to amplify our reach and credibility.
  • Social Media Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of our social media efforts and provide regular reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all touchpoints.
  • Event support: support the marketing team as needed in marketing events.


Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience in social media marketing and/or community management, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or e-commerce industry.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of all major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Demonstrates a strong eye for visual aesthetics and a knack for creating compelling written and visual content.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting engaging and authentic brand messaging.
  • Is a proactive and creative individual with a genuine passion for fashion and the Kenyan style scene.
  • Is proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to learn and grow.
  • Holds a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
