We’re looking for a dynamic Training & Capability Manager to lead learning and development initiatives across East Africa. You’ll drive field team training, leadership development, and capability enhancement aligned with client and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs for field teams and supervisors.
• Assess skill gaps and implement development plans across the region.
• Partner with clients and internal leads to align training with KPIs.
• Track and report on training effectiveness and impact.

Requirements:

• Degree in HR, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years in L&D, training, or capability roles within East Africa.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Regional travel flexibility is required.
