We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to lead HR operations, ensure compliance, and support a high-performing team culture. The role requires hands-on experience in HR processes, employee relations, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, payroll support, and compliance.
• Implement HR policies and ensure legal and regulatory adherence.
• Drive performance management processes and employee engagement.
• Provide support on disciplinary and grievance issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; CHRP certification is an added advantage.
• At least 3 years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
