Digital Way ICT is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join its dynamic support team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with solid computer skills and a willingness to commit to a full-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to clients.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Aged between 21–26 years.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, data entry).
  • Must be available to work full-time.
