We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock In Charge to manage our inventory operations in Nairobi. The successful candidate will oversee warehouse operations, manage stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and ensure efficient inventory flow to support daily retail functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and records.
• Supervise receiving, storing, issuing, and returning of stock.
• Conduct regular stock-taking and reconciliations.
• Coordinate stock transfers and returns.
• Work closely with procurement and retail teams to align inventory with demand.
• Generate stock reports and ensure data is up-to-date in inventory systems.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (Stock In Charge or Storekeeper).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and stock control systems.
• Proficiency in inventory management software or ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and team coordination ability.
