Kituo Cha Sheria is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Interns to join our Nairobi team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience within a dynamic organization that promotes social justice and human rights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in HR policy reviews and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a BA/BSc/HND in HRM, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Keen interest in organizational development and employee relations.
