Pedro’s Chicken is opening a brand-new location in Nairobi and is on the lookout for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waitrons to deliver excellent service to our guests. As the face of the restaurant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an outstanding dining experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while adhering to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tables and dining area.
• Ensure guests have everything they need and address any concerns promptly.
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials where appropriate.
• Process bills and payments accurately.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Comply with all hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Participate in daily opening and closing duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality role is an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who can work under minimal supervision.
• Well-groomed with a neat and professional appearance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
