We are urgently seeking an experienced and expert Human Resource Officer (HRO) for a hospitality establishment in Naivasha. The ideal candidate is a certified HR professional with a solid background in the hospitality industry and the ability to lead HR functions with confidence, integrity, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and IHRM standards
• Support line managers with HR best practices and workforce planning
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and HRIS management
• Promote a healthy workplace culture and handle disciplinary issues professionally
• Coordinate training and development programs for staff growth and compliance

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ HR experience specifically in the hospitality industry
• Certified and active member of IHRM
• Proven expertise in HR policy implementation, compliance, and team support
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• High integrity, discretion, and a results-driven mindset
