We are looking for two proactive and detail-oriented HR
Assistant Interns to support our virtual HR operations. This is a great
opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a fully remote, people-focused
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist
in recruitment activities including job postings, applicant tracking, and
interview scheduling.
- Support
onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Help
maintain digital employee records and documentation.
- Assist
in organizing virtual HR initiatives, trainings, and team-building
activities.
- Provide
administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ongoing
or recent studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration,
or a related field.
- Strong
organizational and communication skills.
- High
level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Interest
in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
