We are looking for two proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant Interns to support our virtual HR operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a fully remote, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, applicant tracking, and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Help maintain digital employee records and documentation.
  • Assist in organizing virtual HR initiatives, trainings, and team-building activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Ongoing or recent studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
