Job Description :
The Office Administrator shall be responsible for
coordinating office activities and operations and ensuring cleanliness of
Office premises.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain
cleanliness of the office and workstations.
- Procurement
of office tea and snacks.
- Maintaining
a proper filing system for service level agreements.
- Coordinate
office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to
company policies.
- Manage
phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Track
stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Receiving
and directing guests to respective offices.
- Daily
audit of cars being tracked and give reports on a daily basis in the
morning, lunchtime and evening.
- Renewal
of Business and other Statutory Certificates and Payments like the County,
KRA.
- Other
tasks/projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must
be a holder of Diploma in Business Administration or Related Field.
- Must
have 2 years' experience in an Administrative Role
- Must
have excellent communication skills.
- Must
have excellent customer Service skills.
