Kilimall is seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Officer to support daily operations in a fast-paced e-commerce warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of staff, customers, inventory, and premises through effective surveillance, access control, and incident management.

Requirements:

• Minimum: High school diploma or Equivalent
• First Aid & Fire Safety Certification: Preferred due to risk of warehouse incidents
• Knowledge of E-commerce Systems (optional): Familiarity with scanning, barcoding, and inventory flow
• Preferred: 1-2 years in e-commerce, logistics, or high-volume warehouse security
• Experience in access control, surveillance, and loss prevention is highly valued
• CCTV Monitoring: Competent in using surveillance systems for high-traffic zones
• Inventory Theft Prevention: Knowledge of common internal/external theft tactics
• Package & Vehicle Checks: Inspect outgoing parcels, staff lockers, and delivery vehicles as needed
• Incident Response: Trained to respond to alarms, disputes, and emergency situations
• Capable of standing/walking for long hours and conducting regular patrols
• Comfortable working on weekends or peak sale periods
• Physically and mentally alert in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Integrity & Trustworthiness: Handles sensitive data, valuable goods, and access control
• Attention to Detail: Spots irregularities in package handling or employee behavior
• Works well with fulfillment teams, delivery personnel, and supervisors
