Sunda International is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Information Technology Trainee to join our IT team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates eager to kick-start their career in IT support and systems management. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience while providing technical assistance and maintaining IT infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support, answering support queries via phone or in person.
• Responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware, operating systems, application software, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Track work in progress, record issues, and provide solutions.
• Communicate resolutions of incidents to users.
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs and escalate unresolved ICT incidents.
• Handle desktop operations, maintenance, and temporary support tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Strong comprehension of IT systems and technologies.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle system-related issues.
• Good communication skills, including the ability to explain and present technical information clearly.
• A degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
