                                                                Fireside Group Ltd is seeking a
proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to support the HR
department’s daily operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in
managing employee relations, maintaining HR records, supporting staff
development, and ensuring efficient HR functions. This role requires strong
interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to handle multiple
HR responsibilities effectively.
Key
Responsibilities
- Consolidate staff needs and advise on staff competencies
     and skill gaps for intervention.
- Identify talents and special skills and propose
     programs for training, nurturing, coaching, or mentoring.
- Track individual staff performance for intervention.
- Ensure successful onboarding of new employees.
- Monitor staff productivity and discipline and propose
     remedial actions.
- Assist in implementing employee welfare interventions
     and track their impact.
- Draft general HR-related correspondence.
- Conduct staff satisfaction surveys.
- Support the daily operations of the HR department.
- Assist in coordinating company CSR (Corporate Social
     Responsibility) activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of HR records (e.g.,
     training records, correspondence).
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Education
and Experience
- A minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource
     from a reputable institution
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal
     skills
- Must be a team player
