The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue
growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client
relationships, and providing customized printing and packaging solutions. The
ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the paper,
printing, or packaging industries and possess strong communication and
negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect,
qualify, and convert new business leads into long-term clients
- Build
and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop
and execute marketing strategies tailored to various client segments
- Liaise
with the production team to ensure alignment with client expectations
- Provide
expert recommendations on product offerings and customized solutions
- Deliver
exceptional after-sales support and customer service
- Monitor
and track project performance and sales metrics
- Prepare
regular sales activity and performance reports
Requirements
- Diploma
in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum
3 years of sales experience in the paper, printing, or packaging
industry
- Mandatory:
Previous experience in the paper industry
- Proven
ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent
problem-solving and customer engagement abilities
- Self-motivated
and capable of working independently
- Fluency
in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Valid
driving license
- Ability
to train new staff on product knowledge is a plus
Remuneration
- Competitive
two-tier compensation package:
- Fixed
retainer (based on experience)
- Attractive
commissions based on performance
