Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic their team and support their growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including leave management, attendance tracking, and staff welfare.
  • Coordinate staff training, development initiatives, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle internal communications and address employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonuses, leave).
  • Assist in organizing staff events and team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources, especially in recruitment and multitasking roles.
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Good understanding of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems (added advantage).
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
