Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of animal feed products in assigned regions (Kisumu, Nakuru, Nyeri).
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to grow the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end-users (farmers and agro-dealers).
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
• Execute territory plans and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company in agricultural trade fairs, exhibitions, and field days.

Qualifications & Skills

• A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Animal Science, Agribusiness, or related field.
• Proven sales experience in the animal feeds or agricultural inputs industry is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
