As the Sales
Agent, you will be responsible for leading sales strategy and team management
to achieve revenue targets and oversee regional sales operations
MAIN
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Developing a business plan that
covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales
targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and
reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing local and regional
sales, promotions and campaigns.
- Planning and directing the
hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.
- Directing and coordinating all
sales activities locally and regionally
QUALIFICATIONS
The job
holder should have the following qualifications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business
or related field
- At least 5 years of sales
experience in Inverter, power tank, solar energy, generator, new energy or
battery industry with successful sales records and clients experience

The ideal
candidate should possess the following skills and competencies.
- Must have excellent written and
verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and
multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and
communication skills
- Must be willing to travel to
other cities in Kenya
WHAT
WE ARE OFFERING THE RIGHT PERSON
We are
offering the successful candidate monthly basic salary of a range between KES
30,000 – 60,000
