We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Ordering Analyst to join our supply chain team. The successful candidate will ensure optimal parts availability, manage supplier relationships, drive inventory efficiencies, and support demand-driven restocking processes to meet customer needs at competitive costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal parts stock levels to meet customer needs at attractive prices.
• Collaborate with the workshop to scale parts for new models and brands.
• Manage parts orders from approved suppliers, negotiate pricing, and oversee delivery timelines.
• Continuously review and enhance supply-chain processes to align with business objectives.
• Support the Inventory Manager in refining stocking strategies based on market dynamics.
• Develop and improve systematic re-ordering procedures that balance stock holding with minimal stock-outs.
• Draft, review, and update policies, processes, and procedures to optimize stock depth and breadth.
• Compile and submit timely inventory and related operational reports.
• Account for all stock movements and report on inventory position monthly.
• Conduct demand planning, forecasting, and efficient stock ordering to meet budget and service‐level targets.
• Achieve budget objectives, including customer service levels, inventory turnover, and profitability.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Professional Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Statistics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in the auto parts industry or a related supply-chain environment.
• Proven expertise in market research and information gathering.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong record-keeping skills with keen attention to detail.
