We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing 3G/4G/5G mobile services, ensuring exceptional network quality and performance, and ultimately enhancing customer experience through detailed performance analysis and optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee KPI Governance in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Share network insights using analytical tools such as Geolocation, Facebook Insight, and SON.
• Deliver end-to-end QoS KPI performance evaluation and implement improvement plans.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and monitoring of 2G/3G/4G/5G network performance to identify quality issues and execute optimization strategies.
• Evaluate and assess the impact of new feature trials before widespread deployment.
• Manage customer network-related complaints through structured governance and resolution processes.
• Perform network capacity evaluations to identify and address current or potential bottlenecks.
• Automate regular deliverables to improve efficiency and reporting consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven teamwork, strong problem-solving skills, and a professional work ethic.
• Hands-on experience in WCDMA, LTE/5G optimization is a distinct advantage.
• Proficiency in tools such as Geolocation, SON, NetAct, Google Earth, and MapInfo.
• Experience working with Nokia and/or Ericsson equipment is highly desirable.
