We are seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to join our team in Nyeri. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C or B2B sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires a self-driven, persuasive individual capable of building lasting relationships and driving business growth through strategic selling and customer engagement.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Close sales by applying a variety of proven sales techniques.
• Forecast individual performance and create innovative strategies to drive sales.
• Attract and convert new clients through creative sales approaches and lead generation.
• Understand customer needs and build long-term, productive relationships.
• Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales targets.
• Work collaboratively with fellow sales reps to refine and share effective sales methods.
• Conduct account research and pursue leads proactively.
• Attend regular sales events, meetings, and training to stay updated with market trends.
• Provide analytical feedback to management using sales statistics and trends.
• Maintain and grow a strong client database in your territory.
• Generate accurate daily and monthly sales reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field (Candidates with relevant experience and a high school diploma will also be considered).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic sales software tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
