Job Description :
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ICT sector within the Mombasa region.
- Promote and sell Pergamon Group’s range of ICT business solutions to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in ICT or technology-related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the Mombasa business environment will be an added advantage.
