Job Description :

Our client in the hospitality sector is looking to recruit two proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Assistants to handle client inquiries, process transactions, manage front office duties, and deliver exceptional service on behalf of the company.


Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately within the organization.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks and support front office operations.
  • Process customer orders and manage transactions efficiently.
  • Handle and forward incoming calls appropriately.
  • Manage email and social media correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean, positive, and professional office environment.
  • Oversee office inventory, including requisition and stock monitoring.
  • Assist in coordinating daily transport bookings with drivers.
  • Understand customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active communication.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone handling and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-organized with keen attention to detail.
