Job Description :
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately within the organization.
- Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Handle administrative tasks and support front office operations.
- Process customer orders and manage transactions efficiently.
- Handle and forward incoming calls appropriately.
- Manage email and social media correspondence.
- Maintain a clean, positive, and professional office environment.
- Oversee office inventory, including requisition and stock monitoring.
- Assist in coordinating daily transport bookings with drivers.
- Understand customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active communication.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
