Job Description :

Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking to hire two dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to enhance brand visibility, grow market share, and ensure superior client satisfaction through proactive sales strategies and relationship management.


Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer visits and provide product support, training, and marketing materials (catalogues, brochures, etc.).
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying and onboarding new clients.
  • Prepare daily call reports, weekly/monthly plans, and market analysis updates.
  • Implement B2B and B2C Go-To-Market strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Perform market research, qualify leads, and draft persuasive proposals.
  • Negotiate and align operational standards with partners.
  • Support and participate in marketing campaigns and promotional events.
  • Generate performance reports detailing pricing, sales, and product availability.
  • Deliver excellent client service and follow-ups tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor competitor activities and evolving client demands, reporting insights to management.
  • Conduct regular field visits to generate new leads and convert them into sales.
  • Develop comprehensive customer profiles to understand client requirements.
  • Provide quotations and process sales invoices promptly.
  • Follow up with credit clients to ensure timely payments.
  • Address and resolve client complaints to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the service/hospitality sector.
  • Experience or skills in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
