Job Description :

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Attendant. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient and safe fuel dispensing services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and supporting smooth daily operations at our fuel station.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense fuel accurately and safely to customers.
  • Achieve sales targets for fuels and lubricants.
  • Process cash and card payments using the POS system.
  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and courteous attitude.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the fueling area.
  • Check vehicle fluid levels and clean windshields upon customer request.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum KCSE certificate with relevant training or certifications.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong safety awareness.
  • Physically fit and able to work in an outdoor environment.
