Are you passionate about customer service and retail? We are looking for a vibrant Retail Shop Attendant to provide exceptional customer experiences in our convenience store. You will support daily operations including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for all customers.

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide accurate product information to help guide customer purchase decisions.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently and handle multiple payment methods.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective upselling and promotional strategies.
• Maintain cleanliness and an organized layout throughout the store.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in receiving, stocking, and displaying merchandise.
• Follow all store policies, procedures, and operational standards.

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Accounts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar retail or customer service position.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash or digital transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
