Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Provide accurate product information to help guide customer purchase decisions.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently and handle multiple payment methods.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective upselling and promotional strategies.
- Maintain cleanliness and an organized layout throughout the store.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in receiving, stocking, and displaying merchandise.
- Follow all store policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Accounts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar retail or customer service position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash or digital transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
