Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Supervise and support restaurant staff, including waitstaff, kitchen, and cleaning teams
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and hospitality
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of food, beverages, and supplies
- Monitor and control budgets, expenses, and cost of goods
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Train, motivate, and evaluate staff to maintain service standards and performance
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the restaurant
- Prepare shift schedules, reports, and sales analysis as required
- Continuously assess operations and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Manager in a busy hotel or restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience with inventory management and cost control
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, hygiene standards, and service protocols
- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant POS systems
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
