Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all front office activities including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the front desk and lobby areas
- Maintain high standards of customer service and handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Train, mentor, and manage front office staff to maintain service excellence
- Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping and sales departments
- Oversee cash handling, billing processes, and ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare shift reports and ensure accurate record-keeping in the Property Management System (PMS)
- Drive guest satisfaction scores by ensuring personalized and memorable guest interactions
- Proactively address operational challenges and support continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the Front Office or Sales department of a large hotel or resort
- Prior supervisory experience is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; pleasant demeanor and a customer-first attitude
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS), MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Quick-thinking, highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally
