Job Description :
Duties and Responsibilities
- Offering excellent customer service to both external and internal customers
- Manage communication with both internal and external customers
- Implementation of the set policies and procedures
- Contribute to the growth of sales through walk-in customers and telesales
- Prepare sales data analysis and customer feedback reports
- Track outstanding invoices, send reminders, and escalate overdue payments as needed
- Prepare basic financial summaries or expense reports
- Maintain a high level of discretion when handling financial and company-sensitive information
- Any other duty as allocated by the supervisor
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Service, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under minimal supervision
- Discretion and professionalism in all interactions
- Work with deadlines
