We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Pre-sales/Technical Expert to provide high-level technical support and guidance for CCTV camera solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between client needs and product offerings, ensuring successful solution design, proposal development, and implementation support.

• Deliver technical pre-sales support including product presentations and live demonstrations
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored CCTV solutions
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, system designs, and specifications
• Conduct site surveys and assist in system configuration and layout planning
• Provide training and ongoing technical support to clients and internal teams

• Strong technical expertise in CCTV systems, including IP, Analog, and Wireless technologies
• Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical support role within the security or surveillance industry
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication, and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field is an advantage
