We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with technical knowledge in CCTV systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling security surveillance products, developing new business opportunities, and offering after-sales support while leveraging their understanding of CCTV technology to meet customer needs effectively.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through strategic selling techniques
• Promote and sell CCTV products and solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients
• Provide technical advice and product demonstrations to clients
• Collaborate with installation and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and service
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies

• Proven experience in CCTV system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of various CCTV technologies, including IP, Analog, and Wireless
• Familiarity with different camera types, DVR/NVR systems, and basic networking
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Optional: Skills in configuration, programming, or working with specific CCTV brands are a plus
• A degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field is an added advantage
