Job Description :
Duties and Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers using strong persuasive techniques
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients and respond to customer queries
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue from existing customers
- Reach out to prospective customers through cold calling and door-to-door visits
- Revive dormant accounts and boost revenue growth
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of customers to tailor product offerings
- Meet sales targets and outcomes within assigned timelines
- Analyze market potential and prepare regular sales and status reports
- Provide detailed feedback on customer preferences, competitor activity, and product improvement opportunities
- Promptly collect sales orders and follow up on timely payments
- Engage in van sales and market storming activities
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Sales Manager
Requirements
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the FMCG sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess a valid driving license
- Strong passion for sales and customer engagement
- Professional, presentable, and hardworking
- Demonstrated integrity and a solid work ethic
- A proactive and self-driven team player
