Nakuru International College is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Engineering Tutor to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, practical training, and mentorship to students pursuing automotive engineering courses. This role requires a strong technical background, a passion for teaching, and the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into engaging lessons.

• Prepare and deliver theoretical and practical lessons in Automotive Engineering.
• Develop and implement lesson plans and assessment tools aligned with curriculum standards.
• Supervise practical sessions and ensure student safety in workshop environments.
• Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, exams, and hands-on evaluations.
• Provide academic support, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
• Participate in curriculum review, development, and academic meetings.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools and training equipment.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a closely related field.
• Teaching experience at college level or practical industry experience is highly desirable.
• Technical proficiency in automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair.
• Strong communication, instructional, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and contribute to student success.
