Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver theoretical and practical lessons in Automotive Engineering.
- Develop and implement lesson plans and assessment tools aligned with curriculum standards.
- Supervise practical sessions and ensure student safety in workshop environments.
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, exams, and hands-on evaluations.
- Provide academic support, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
- Participate in curriculum review, development, and academic meetings.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools and training equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a closely related field.
- Teaching experience at college level or practical industry experience is highly desirable.
- Technical proficiency in automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair.
- Strong communication, instructional, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and contribute to student success.
