The role involves curriculum delivery, student mentorship, and contributing to academic excellence.

• Prepare and deliver lectures in various business-related subjects.
• Develop teaching materials and assessments aligned with course objectives.
• Guide and mentor students to support academic and professional growth.
• Evaluate and report student performance regularly.
• Participate in curriculum development and departmental activities.
• Maintain academic records and fulfill administrative duties as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• CPA Part 2 or higher is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience at the college level.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students in a learning environment.
