About the Role
IRES is looking for a seasoned Consultant Trainer in Project Management to join its expert training team. This role focuses on delivering engaging and practical training to professionals across industries, helping them adopt globally recognized PM methodologies and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized training sessions (onsite & virtual).
- Use interactive tools like simulations and case studies for effective adult learning.
- Align training content with global standards (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Assess training outcomes and adjust methods accordingly.
- Support ongoing development of participants.
- Collaborate on scheduling, reporting, and training material development.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree (preferred).
- PM certifications such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, CAPM®, PMI-ACP® or similar.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in project management and 2 years in professional training.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and multicultural engagement skills.
Added Advantages
- Experience with donor-funded or public sector projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Membership in professional organizations (e.g., PMI).
