Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance the full client journey—from appointment booking to follow-up.
- Manage call center operations for prompt, professional support.
- Resolve client issues and collect feedback to drive service enhancements.
- Work cross-functionally with departments to boost patient satisfaction.
- Promote services through upselling and client education initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
- Holds a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Has 2–4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is proactive, solutions-focused, and passionate about healthcare service delivery.
