Role Summary:
We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations. This individual will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, staff performance, and branch profitability while ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and safety.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven experience using Restaurant ERP Systems (e.g., POS, GAAP)
- Solid understanding of administrative procedures and restaurant operations
- A qualification in food production will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of both FOH & BOH to deliver exceptional customer service
Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective control measures and procedures
Conduct regular spot checks to enforce product quality standards
Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire safety, and legal regulations
Support and participate in staff training to foster a high-performing and positive team culture
Monitor service efficiency and ensure maximum guest satisfaction during peak hours
