Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Shift Leader/Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality, and team performance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Additional qualification in Food Production is a plus
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel and familiar with restaurant ERP systems (e.g., POS/GAAP)
- Strong understanding of administrative procedures
- Previous experience in a supervisory or shift leader position within the hospitality industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Foster a motivated front-of-house team and uphold exceptional service standards
- Food Quality: Oversee product quality and final food presentation to customers
- Team Leadership: Monitor sales and service performance, offer feedback, and implement improvement plans
- Compliance: Ensure all back-of-house operations and products meet company standards
- Business Growth: Support the Branch Manager in meeting profit goals by adhering to budget plans and boosting team performance
