Sales Representative – Tanzania

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts: grow sales, collect debts, and cross-sell products.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular client visits.
• Monitor stock levels at client sites, ensure timely reorders and service delivery.
• Collaborate with dispatch and finance teams to fulfill orders and resolve account issues.
• Conduct competitor analysis and provide regular performance and visit reports.
• Deliver hygiene solution training to clients and ensure top-tier customer support.
• Ensure application service sheet completion for top 20 clients monthly.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information and strategic plans.

• Degree in Sales & Marketing or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar sales role.
• Holder of a valid driver’s license.
• Willing and ready to relocate to Tanzania.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing market and business conditions.
