Head of DevSecOps – Fintech

• Lead deployment and optimization of Terraform, Kubernetes (AKS), Flux, GitHub Actions, and GCP.
• Design secure multi-cloud environments and virtual network architectures.
• Oversee virtual machines & virtual networks for high availability and compliance.
• Automate DevSecOps pipelines with GitHub Actions and CI/CD best practices.
• Monitor cloud costs and observability to enhance system performance.
• Implement security throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) — from code reviews to VAPT.
• Lead incident response and security monitoring across platforms.
• Develop security policies, procedures, and compliance measures.
• Mentor the DevSecOps team and champion a culture of security awareness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps and/or cybersecurity.
• Proven leadership in DevSecOps, especially with Terraform, Kubernetes, AKS, GCP, and GitHub Actions.
• Deep understanding of virtual networks, containers, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with security tools (vulnerability scanners, SIEM, IDS/IPS, etc.).
• Strong scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and container orchestration.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or Security+ are an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
