Management Accountant

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with department heads.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze production costs and variances to support pricing strategies and operational efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax filings and audits.
• Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or ACCA certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in management accounting, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
