Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily shop operations
• Engage customers and drive sales to meet monthly targets
• Take part in activations and promotional events

• Previous experience in a retail/shop assistant role
• A sales-driven attitude with a record of meeting targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work in-store and during marketing field activities
