About the role
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in telesales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be passionate about exceeding targets. You will engage customers over the phone, promote our wide product range, and close sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Promote and sell company products by clearly explaining features and benefits.
- Understand customer needs through probing questions and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Accurately process orders and update customer information using Tally ERP.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Meet and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain organized records of calls, sales, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve business growth objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Mandatory: Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Telesales Representative in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong proficiency in Tally ERP or any other CRM/sales management system.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure, overcome objections, and remain resilient.
- Fast learner with the ability to grasp product knowledge quickly and effectively.
