Description

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger by ensuring all entries are correct and up to date.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in line with reporting standards.
• Perform regular reconciliations for bank accounts, control accounts, and other ledger balances.
• Prepare and analyze cash flow statements and support cash forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Assist in coordinating and supporting both internal and external audits.
• Monitor and ensure timely recording of all journal entries and ledger postings.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain organized financial records for audit and reporting purposes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• CPA or ACCA qualification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of accounting procedures and general ledger functions.
• Proficiency in using accounting systems and strong Excel skills.

• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and general accounting principles.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong numerical ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
